What patients ask

Patients name the plan and the problem. The panel includes a dentist in San Mateo who takes Delta Dental, a chiropractor in Santa Clara who takes Blue Shield, a dermatologist in San Jose who takes Aetna and can see someone soon for a mole check. Others ask for a specialty: pelvic floor physical therapy in Mountain View, prenatal chiropractic in Oakland, a therapist for teens in Palo Alto. Each of those is a fact a practice can publish and an assistant can check.

Credentials an assistant can verify

The health signals lean on licensing and board records. The dermatology page names “American Board of Dermatology certification and fellowships stated on provider pages and matched across directories.” Massage therapists list CAMTC certification; acupuncturists list a California Acupuncture Board license and NCCAOM credentials. When those details on the practice's site match the directories, the assistant has two sources telling the same story, and the description it writes tends to repeat the credential.

Directories and booking platforms

Health answers draw heavily on directories. The dentist page names Healthgrades and Zocdoc alongside state license records; the yoga page names Mindbody and ClassPass beside Google profiles; the therapist page names Psychology Today and insurance-network platforms. The sources-cited reading tracks which of these an assistant used for each answer, so a practice can see which profile is doing the work.

Care matters in this category. The acupuncture page asks for focus-area pages “written carefully and without overpromising,” and the med spa page notes that AI weighs safety-related information heavily. Description accuracy checks that what the assistant repeats is both correct and appropriate.
